Introduction to the Office of Library and Information Services
To strengthen the integration of library resources and information services, and to enhance the effectiveness of teaching, research, and administrative support, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology established the Office of Library and Information Services on August 1, 2025, through the consolidation of the former Computer and Network Center and the Library.
The Office is led by the Chief Information and Library Officer and is organized into five divisions: Circulation and Public Services, Acquisition and Cataloging, Institutional Information, Network Systems, and Digital Services. Committed to providing efficient and innovative support, the Office seeks to enrich the academic and research environment of the University and to contribute to the long-term sustainable development of institutional affairs.
