1.Please save the electronic files of the posters on a CD or USB drive, and submit them together with the completed “Authorization Form for Poster Electronic Files Submission to the National Central Library” (Attachment 1) and the poster inventory list (Attachment 2). No official cover letter is required.
2.File format requirements:
(1) JPG or PDF format.
(2) Resolution of at least 300 dpi and larger than 600 × 800 pixels.
3.If electronic files are unavailable, please mail the printed posters to the Library.
[For Your Information] You are kindly requested to continue donating cultural event posters (from 2025 onward) to the National Central Library for preservation.
