1. Employer: The Library and Information Technology Department is seeking a contract assistant for the Higher Education Continuing Education Program.
2. Basic Requirements:
(1) Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an information-related field.
(2) Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
(3) Careful, responsible, proactive, with excellent communication and coordination skills and the courage to independently execute tasks.
3. Job Description:
(1) Manage and maintain the digital learning platform.
(2) Assist in the implementation and implementation of information security and personal data protection management systems.
(3) Assist in document compilation, project budget verification, and the organization of related meetings and training activities.
(4) Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
4. Salary: Salary will be based on the university's Higher Education Continuing Education Program standards, starting at NT$36,300 for bachelor's degree holders. Labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension benefits will be handled in accordance with regulations. 5. Work Location: Library and Information Technology Department, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (8th Floor, Building E, Library and Information Technology Building).
6. Employment Period: From the start date to December 31, 2025; renewal in 2026 will be based on project funding approval and work performance.
